Ohana Ekahi through Ohana Lūʻau: Ekahi (rice, mac; 2 proteins), Elua (rice, mac or tossed; 3 proteins), Ekolu (rice; 3 proteins + 3 sides), Ehā (rice; 4 proteins + 3 sides), and Lūʻau (rice, laulau, kalua pig, lomi salmon, chicken long rice; add-ons poi, poke, squid luau, haupia).
